The A.A.V.L.L. (Association pour l'Accueil Vélivole d'entre Loire et Loir) is a club which was created in 1993 under the impulse of the Syndicate holder of the airfiled of Blois le Breuil and the General Council of the Loir et Cher in order to increase the general activity of the Blois le Breuil airfield through the development of soaring on the site, if possible in co-operation with the local gliding club. To our best knowledge, such an initiative is unique in France up to now.
The aim of the A.A.V.L.L. is to welcome glider pilots from all European countries during the summer monthes on the airfield and provide the best possible camping accommodation and ancillary services on site. For this purpose, the A.A.V.L.L. disposes of the premises of the former farmhouse of Villeroux (pronounce Veelroo) located directly on the airfield itself, as well as the associated camping site.
This Internet site has been designed in order to provide you with as much information as possible. This should allow you to select your holiday location not only considering the pure soaring conditions, but also the touristical and relaxing value of the area, because in our opinion a sound balance between both arguments is the guaranty for a successful soaring holiday within the circle of your family or of your fellow glider pilots.
